Niantic just buffed a boatload of pokemon, and nerfed some of my favorites.

Did I miss something? Opened up my app today and my top 9 is different, seems like Niantic has altered the CP range for each pokemon. My highest Gengar was 1700 something cp and now it is 2171 cp.
*edit* Yup, sure enough Niantic did some CP balancing to different mon's in order to "allow a more balanced and competitive battling and training experience in Gyms".
My Pinser and Kingler are now over 2K cp.

Oh ****! You're right. Gengar and Kingler got WAY boosted (+500CP?). Vaporeon, Jolteon, Scyther, Pinsir, and Tauros got a decent boost (+240CP). Venusaur stayed about the same, maybe lost a few CP. Exeggutor went down a little (~40CP). Victreebel got nerfed a noticable amount (~200 CP). I think Jynx and Rhyhorn might've gone way up but I hadn't paid much attention to them before nowDid I miss something?
