Black Friday 2015 - What Items Are You On The Look Out For This Year?

I was thinking a 55" in for around $500 but thats only gonna get me 1080. Thinking I may go with the LG 49" 4k tv Best Buy and Target have.

Any opinions if the 4k is that much better than 1080. Both would have 120 refresh rates.
if i'm not mistaken you need something that outputs in 4k which is what's keeping me from upgrading.

All of the 4k tvs I've seen so far have the ability to up convert standard 1080 into 4k like quality. So it just won't be a true 4k picture. And unlike HD tvs when they first came out around 2006, the prices on 4k models are pretty good.

theres no reason to not buy 4k if you can afford it.
With as little 4K content that is out it's only worth it if you can get a good price on it. I have had 60in 4K for a year now and I don't think I've watched any 4K content on it.

I'm waiting as long as I can to cop a 4K 78-80in tv. Prices aren't worth it.

That's a hassle when I can just wait 6 more days basically lol

But if anyone wants a discover card hit your boy up

Price protection isn't a hassle at all. Takes less than 10 minutes to file a claim and people have been getting the refund in 2 business days.

So I can file a claim now for the PS4? Here I was waiting for BF to file the claim.

It's safer to wait until BF but it never hurts to try. I've been denied and approved for PCs in the past before the date of the actual sale and approved for some. It all depends on the person who handles your claim.

will try to get a tv to put in my daughters play room (so i can watch while she plays)
