So when is Lue gonna make the call to start bringing Love in with the second unit?  I don't care if he has a $100 contract- he's not working with our starting unit!  Ky/JR/Shump (or Bron)/Frye/TT.  Our second unit would be solid with Delly/Shump/Love/Timo.  It isn't a coincidence that they feel much more loose out there these past couple experiments without Love.  I've been pulling for him since day 1, but it's too much ball movement considering who else is in the lineup with him.  If he could play D or move better without the ball, it would be acceptable.  But if they're not gonna get him the elbow/post touches, we're playing 4 on 5 (maybe even 3 considering Kyries defense).  Gotta think outside the box QUICK!  Less than 20 games left to get it perfect- not just right!  If not, we'll be sent packing the 2nd round
 
Last night im toss up to not caring, honestly I would rest Lebron rest of the week, even with 2 seed, I see no threat in Raptors.
 
no sense of urgency , no "switch" to flip on YET either imo


i dont think its time to panic or anything, but concern is what i think all r feelin right about now. last year with 20 losses there were only 19 wins i believe :wink:



i will tell ya what i dont like at all. not beating teams they are better than by that 15-20+ a night, if that makes any sense. close games again lesser opponents AND ESPECIALLY losing to teams without their STAR for the night is beyond belief with the talent put on the floor every night, with our without Lebron tbfh.


or maybe they r taking the Popovich approach..... just get me in the playoffs, i dont care what seed i am :evil:

Obviously our big 3 isn't cutting it when they're on the court together.  As much as Kyrie carried the torch for the 4 years Bron was in Miami, I don't think he has "it" to be a true PG.  That might not be a make or brake though.  What do you think about this starting 5:  PG Lebron SG Kyrie SF JR PF Frye C TT.  We need to look past Loves max deal as a reason for him to start.  He might have 18/15 one night, then go ghost for a week and a half.  That won't cut it when playoffs come in 3 weeks!  Let him take his funk to the second unit and hopefully provide the spark varejao brought off the bench for his tenure here.  Another possibility- start Delly at PG, shift Bron/Frye to the bigs and bring TT off the bench with Love and play Mozzy accordingly.  I didnt mind Kyrie having low assists last year, but really watching these elite teams buy into a system, it truly magnifies how we play street ball out there.  When we're hitting all our 3's, were a solid team.  Otherwise, we look like the globetrotters.  At this point, I am (as I'm sure the rest of you) are basically just in the "what happens happens" mind set.  Kind of sad that the preseason favorites to win have really left us short handed.  I can say that out of the 8 possible playoff teams in the east, the only teams we can truly roll thru are Charlotte and Atlanta.  All others, I hate saying, could have a legit shot of sending us fishing, starting with a Chicago, Pacers, or Pistons first round matchup.  We can hope we get thru the East, and matchup and grind it out against the Spurs, and it be a coin flip we come out and win the sacred prize?  
 
With all the dumb stuff Bron is doing right now, this the best he has looked last 2 games and the ball movement last night was amazing.
