NFL Week 2 In Review...

No defense was being played in Oakland yesterday ...both offenses moved the ball with little resistance

Now if the Ravens can bring the defense from Denver and the offense from Oakland, they might can win a game !

Can we talk about what's up with the Ravens? :nerd:

Justin Tucker's the best kicker in the league :nerd:

their defense wasn't good at all yesterday & Flacco's only "playmaker" is an aging Smitty. once they get Perriman back i think their offense will be a lot better..

also Forsett isn't playing well

Bet Rex now knows his name...

Vereen never had back to back 100 yard games from scrimmage... BB just plugs in the next guy at that position and calls it a day. Let other teams overpay  I really like Lewis though. Dude has crazy cut skills

He has the skills of Kevin Faulk and might be more athletic than Vereen I find. Loving him so far :smokin, says alot when BB keeps playing you even after 2 fumbles

Gostkowski > Vinateri > Tucker. That Denver kicker has a ridiculous leg too.

Enjoying their slow start but I still think they'll turn things around and make the playoffs. They always turn it around.

I have tucker as the best kicker but Gostkowski is the goods as well. 1A to 1B

Drew Brees is definitely not the same guy but I think it's more the coaching staff/talent around him then it is him just being a **** QB now.

Saints really ****** up their cap and are one of the worst constructed rosters in football, zero talent on either side of the ball.

Over the last three years his top targets were: Jimmy Graham, Darren Sproles, Kenny Stills, Pierre Thomas, Marques Colston, and Lance Moore. Jimmy alone saw 402 targets over that time.

Marques Colston is the only one left. This isn't even touching on the defense. Like you said, terrible roster. Cooks is the goods but not when he's getting doubled because a 32 year old Colston scares no one.

Green Bay's DT intercepts a Seattle screen pass then fumbles it. A Seattle player comes outta the pike with the ball but the refs gave it to GB.

Football I'll never fully understand you.

Yeah the refs were clearly one sided all game

Midas whale keep pouring it on while we can...

Johnny Manziel has 3 50+ yard TDs this season.
Sam Bradford has 2 50+ yard TDs over his 6 year career.

Khalil Mack on 116 plays:
5 Tackles
1 TFL
0 PDs

Jadeveon Clowney on 79 plays:
6 Tackles
1 TFL
2 PDs
I know I didn't hear his name yesterday, but Mack really only has 5 tackles through 2 games?

Had him in my DPOY discussion list.
Been saying this all offseason long.....Khalil Mack might be the most overrated player in the NFL. People have been gassing him up all offseason long as a top passrusher, generational talent, relentless motor, major difference maker, DPOY candidate, etc.

Dude goes ghost in the majority of the games he has played in his career, and has done nothing to warrant the hype. Sure, he hss all the physical tools needed to be good. But so did Vernon Ghoston. Something is just missing with Mack. He gets taken completely out of games far too often.
Didn't only like 4 players pressure the QB more than Mack last year?

There are plenty of players who are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more overrated than Mack. I don't see that at all.
The difference between those plenty of players you can think of and Mack is relative to their expectations.  Like you, a lot of people were expecting him to be a DPOY candidate.  So far this season, he has been useless.  While others may be overrated, I doubt very seriously that any of said overrated players are expected to be one of the best players in the NFL.  That's the difference for me.

Eagles- a lil too late to be running from under center especially with NO fullback

We have the best running back core in the league & cant even block for them unless theyre catching passes smh

Our defense isnt that bad but since theyre out there for so long it gets worse & worse

Chip is about to be run outta this city

I hate Sam Bradford & his ultra conservative 5 yard passes that STILL get picked off :x

We may be the worst team in the league currently

Falcons- Will win the division with at least a 10-6 record

Defense is improved & Justin Durant is a huge part of it. He seems to be everywhere

Defense is still inconsistent however

I hate that we use that corners stay on one side ish, this aint Seattle man

With that said it appeared Eli didnt even throw on to Trufants side. He maybe one of the most underrated corners in the league :nthat:

Where tf was Roddy White? I know he wasnt hurt lol

Rest of the league idc bout lol

I'm kinda convinced that the way the Pats were treated for DeflateGate put them back into the Super Bowl this year.

2-0 aside Packers needed that win soo bad. First we got hung up on the Niners, then the Hawks. Now they should have the confidence that they are the team everybody else has to go through, never the other way around. #1 seed necessary obviously. At this point we should be the best team in the league at home. I thought this would be the game Rosgers threw a pick to break the home streak.

Brady Rodgers Super Bowl needs to happen. Its like the fans losing out on a Kobe Lebron finals all those years. We really haven't had 2 legends at their peaks face off in the Super Bowl in a long time.

Even though it was the Bears I'll eat my words on the Cards not being able to replicate last year. With a healthy Carson of course. Still more afraid of Seahawks in Seattle than I would be Cards in Arizona though.
