Well I mean he has to get permission for it. That's how it works. Once you file. All that money is watched like a hawk, and expenditures have to get permission because everything gets frozen.

None of us fully understand stuff like this on this scale either. Neither do Vlad or Charlemagne. Maybe his lawyer sees something to exploit and maybe it has nothing to do with the lawsuit money either.
