Yes it should be your local time right now the draft is set to take place tonight at 8PM PST/11 PM EST. As of last night 16 of the 21/22 users had joined. I'll update the OP with color to reflect those who have and haven't. If you want to join the group me chat PM your number to me, if not I'll also have one big PSN message with everyone for mass communication.

I don't know if this is a problem for anyone else but a few people are having a server problem for PS4. I'm connected to PSN but can't connect to the 2k16 server, error code :4b538e50.
