Advice on nike factory outlet opening

Does anybody have any experience on going to a nike factory  outlet on the opening day. This is the first nike outlet opening in my city and it is up north in Canada. My parents only buy me things if they are on sale. Its opening in 2 months. Can anybody please give me advice on how to approach this date
 
Don't get too hype or get your hopes up. I've opened a store as an employee. They "might" get something "special" but for the most part employees will have had their choice for a comp. Just proceed as you would any other store. Maybe get there when doors open or a little bit early if you have the time.

What do you mean by special. What was the "special" that was at your nike store when it opened
