NFL Week 3 In Review...

Cardinals have played Saints, @Bears, 49ers
Packers have played @Bears, Seattle, KC

Why is everyone so sure the Cardinals are better than the Packers as the best team in the NFC?

No one is saying that.

I know Lockett won't win it but he has a good chance of being first team all pro in special teams :smokin

No, Mariota. But Cooper is 2nd.
Hard to debate (this early). To Stillin729's point MM8 may get the nod because he is a QB.

Cooper is doing crazy numbers against respected veterans and just looks effortless out there.

I think if Oakland does something crazy like get above .500 or even playoffs (lol) it could throw things in his favor. But Mariota looks great, no doubt.

I didnt read through this whole thread but it was said 3 times on the first page alone of this thread and im pretty sure i saw it last week too. If im making it seem bigger than it really is then thats my blunder. Too early for me to tell who is better personally. But that's also why i'm wondering why its even being said in the first place.

Edit: I see it was said a few more times up to page 4.

I thought you were referring to the larger media base.  Because they're all in love with the Packers and I think people are asking the right questions about the Cardinals (this week included).  I personally do think the Packers are the #1 in the NFC.

Colts about to go on another of their 7 stat-padding bye weeks a year.

I dont see how MM8 is in ROY discussions other then that 1st game or maybe im bugging. Its Cooper and everyone else.

MM8s next game against the Bills should show us.He looked terrible against the Colts a lot of times.

I thought he played well against the Colts.

I thought he played well against the Colts.

He def played better then Luck but he was also the reason they lost too with sloppy play. Even the Cleveland game too where he basically lost it for them as well...3 Fumbles and Lost 2 and Sacked 7 times against the Browns? Nah

Its still a long season ahead but IMO Cooper > *. I could even see Winston heating up down the line

There's actually so much wrong with what you just posted that I'm not going to bother breaking it down.

Just... no. You didn't watch the games and that's OK, I won't hold it against you.

That play was terrible. As he was getting the handoff, you could tell it wasn't gonna go anywhere. I just didn't think he would start running backwards east to west.
