I don't think the Warriors would have won too many more games with that roster in 98-99.
But when Vonteego Cummings and Larry Hughes joined the team for the 99-00 season...The sky would have been the limit.

Was hella hype when hughes became a warrior. He dropped like 40+ vs denver and 30+ vs LA and kobe his first wk if i recall. Was thinking he was free since he didnt have to play with iverson anymore lol. He did everything pretty decent except shoot the ball. Think he shot close to 50pct when he played with jordan that one year. Other than that, he got progressively worse but still stuck around and made a nice career. One of my fave warrior, great in the community as well.

I was bummed when he was eventually benched (by Musselman, I believe).
I remember the segment Warriors Roundtable did for his foundation to support his brother's illness. Sad he passed away.

sister got me lower level seats to yesterday's game, first one of the season. and i must say, Oracle got loud at times but the energy just wasn't there from the crowd a majority of the game. maybe it's because the warriors were in control most of the game, but are we just getting spoiled to the point we don't get excited over beating a miami heat team?
