THANK YOU GSWARRIORS FOR AN AMAZING YEAR...CONGRATULTIONS CLEVELAND CAVALIERS.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. im so ******* glad giants' season is over. game day traffic during rush hour is a ******* nightmare on that 280 to 101 to 80 interchange. Im generally a patient person but lord, that traffic would test Ghandi's compassion. when that sign reads that it's 45-55 minutes from sf to oakland......

The Bay Area traffic as a whole has gotten exponentially worse over the past few years. To the point where, in a few years I will contemplate moving. Not to mention the idea of spending $900k on our next home makes me sick.

We're nearing LA levels to a degree. Plus our infrastructure is just bad.

I agree. I see traffic all the way in Sacramento, since so many people are commuting that far to work in the Bay Area. I think it's only going to get worse.

When I graduated college in Dec. '05 and worked for a year or two, I was living at home to save for a place to buy. Prior to the downfall.

I recall seeing countless ads of new communities springing up in Fairfield and places even further out touting a commute to SF in like an hour (each way!)....sign of the times. It was unbelievable to me at the time and still is.

Sacramento is typically more cyclical than SF, but yes, traffic out there isn't good either. However, if the economy turns, Sac usually feels it first.

Haha an hour each way, is such garbage. I grew up in Fairfield and saw the increase in traffic over the years. Now that I relocated to Vacaville from Sacramento, traffic through this city is terrible.

You're right. It's only going to get worse. With the cost of living in the Bay Area rising...Everyone is going to focus on commuting hours to their jobs.

One thing I dislike about Sacramento, is that they are trying to charge Bay Area rent prices for new apartments. People out there don't even make enough to comfortably pay $2000 plus for rent. It's ridiculous.

During college, my GF at the time had family that lived in Elk Grove then Roseville...when the area is doing well (i.e construction) and new builds are going on, everything goes up so dramatically...which is effect, why they get hurt so much and inventory/vacancy climbs like no other once the spigot goes off.

Anyway - happy for the dubs to get a new arena in a sense, sad to see it turn essentially into upper class attendance. PSL, too from what I understand.

Ben Gordon washed.

Traffic have gotten significantly worse in San Jose from a year ago :smh:. I wouldn't mind it though if the team were to move here

how big are the trophies on 11/20?

that'd be awesome if it was as big as the real one... LOL

I want to know this as well, juiced for the replica ring game

the lines to get in have been nuts tho

last night was crazy just to get the bobble head

to those who went last night for the bobblehead - what time do you think i should go to the arena for replica ring night?!?

If anyone is bored, CSNBA is airing a replay of game 3 of the Warriors Pelicans Game 3.....the 20 point comeback.

***EDIT*** They are about to start the 4th quarter now.

Been watching since 2nd quarter, man...What a game.

And to see Green's stat line, INSANE. 11, 16, 5, and 3 steals ( at the beginning of OT) :x -- Repeating would be icing on the cake, silencing Doc and others :pimp:.

I'm trying to go to my first warriors game this season in Dec. Would you guys recommend buying tickets in advance or the month of? I guess I'm trying to ask if prices go down as game days get closer on ticketmaster.

depends on the team they're playing. if it's just some random team then it'll go down day of the game. I've been late to many games since I buy it an hour or so before the game starts. I also use gametime app if I plan on making my way there without tickets, only used it once so far and had an ok experience with it. but buying it the day of can also backfire, tickets may dry up and get stuck with whatever's left.

but if you're planning on seeing the Cavs or some playoff team, or an eastern conference team we're only gonna be playing once then the earlier the better.

and don't just stick to ticketmaster, unless they still have retail tickets available (mostly upper levels though), other sites like stubhub and tickpick even craigslist if you're careful have better seats for around the same price.

Whatever you do, and I know its obvious, don't buy from the scalpers outside of Oracle. Never again :smh:

I was happy to finally see the Warriors back on TV.

I'm hoping BRush flourishes this year.

Jason Thompson is looking like the JT from the Sacramento Kings.

Not happy with his production so far.

I honestly dont know why Barnes is asking that much, he shows up every other game....Ezeli IMO is more important; an athletic big that blocks, rebounds AND HITS FREETHROWS.  Can never trust Bogut's health....

^Barnes is a key part of the offense. He deserves a new contract. He wants more money because of the increase in the caproom coming next season. Ezeli will be have a big role for this team this year. First year, being 100% healthy and ready to start the season.

Bogut broke his nose. It's not a big deal.

barnes deserves a contract on the strength of him sacrificing life and limb to defend Courtney Lee last post season

but in all seriousness, even with the new caproom, it doesn't seem right for him to get paid that much given his current production. I've watched plenty of gsw games with him and I'm yet to see how he significantly effects the spacing of defenses or how he impacts team rebounding. I could just be overlooking him and I'm open to being corrected
