Listened to a couple songs from JR Writer's tape. Not bad at all. He sort of slowed his flow down. "Hell Yeah" with Dave East actually sounds like it's straight from 06 (in a good way), like a Heatmakerz beat without a sample added.

Writer tape goes. Dude sounds fresh...and good production.

The Dave feature sounds like writer ripped a radio freestyle

I gave Conway and Gun a chance...multiple times.

They dusty and washed. Next

A Boogie might have one with P&B Rock though :nerd:

Westside Gunn > Conway

Don't see how the majority of NT feels the opposite

Conway's voice can get :rolleyes after awhile. I can listen Conway solo or with Gunn. I prefer Gunn with Conway or any other feature

I got that feeling too  it was a dope features but somewhat out of place. Quite a few good songs on there though, especially the beginning of the tape. The main producer on there is pretty nice

I gotta give that Writer tape a chance now, i knew he had the bars just didn't know how he would adjust after the bid & the new sound.

And as far as A-Boogie/ PnB which song these ****** got a few tracks down together... Bet On It is probably the one tho

Conway has better bars and doesn't rap as slow. They're both nice tho and hell no at con sounding anything like cappadonna.

He has bars doesn't deliver them as well as he should. I like Conway, but he doesn't keep me interested enough to want a solo project from him.

Now when they on their back & forth. Too filthy.

IDk is my ****

The south saves New York again...Sonny ooped 50 I'm Da Man and now he ooped Pnb and Boogie this joint

History always repeats itself though because Timbo and Pharrell gave Hov a lot of hits though

How long was JR in jail? He slowed his flow down some and his voice is sort of deeper, but it's not a change that takes time to get used too (Lloyd Banks) or one that's unlistenable (Lil Flip)

Fab mentions a situation of a rapper (Very sure it's Travis Scott) being in the same club he's at and not showing any love despite them having a small relationship. Is this just something that is a new generational thing of not paying respect to those who come before you, or just not a big deal?

Because i would assume if you have met a dude before and he's been respectful to you, then you would only show respect back.

I'm Da Man is still the weirdest placement to me. Me and my homies had played that **** out for a year straight. Outta nowhere we hear it on the radio like "Oh **** bout time.....hold on....is this 50 rapping?!"

It's crazy because _'s still think Sonny just a beat maker :smh:

He sat down almost 2 years and got out in December for an assault charge.

Didn't watch but if it was Travis he was probably high as hell off a cocktail of lean/weed/pills and was probably nervous/socially awkward/anxious

Them drugs will mess with you that's why I only drink now
