Flyknit Free 4.0 cutting into my heels

Just got a pair of Flyknit 4.0. They are pretty comfy except for the fact they are cutting into my heels. I put bandaids on there to get me through work today. Anything I can do to fix this permanently?! Thanks for any help!!

I have the same problem with the one pair I have. I walk a lot, and can usually get 2-3 miles before they've begun to rub/dig into my heels pretty badly. For perspective I've owned over 20 pairs of various other more traditional Free's and routinely walk 75-100 miles/month in them and have never had these problems. I love the styling, but they are jisttoo painful to wear regularly/for extended periods.

Yeah they definitely are. Idk if that goes away when you break them in. Somebody help out! I know one of you have fixed this problem.

So everybody on here just let their shoes cut their heels? I don't believe that
