i currently play in the KD9. How does this shoe compare? The airmax bubble popped on the KD so was interested in potentially getting this Gravy color way to ball. Thanks for any insight!

KD9 upper is coarse compared to that of the vol 1.  cushion wise, the boost on the vol 1. is stiffer, which gives more court feel, but not uncomfortable.  vol. 1 fits wider feet while kd9 is a bit more narrow.  translucent sole seems to hold up on traction just as well as the solid color outsoles.

The translucent sole is better than the regular sole imo

Why is there no black leather? How bout giving us some patent leather. I swear harden on the kyrie plan with all this white leather

At this point I don't think the vol 1 will ever be on miadidas. The dame 3s dropped after the vol 1 and they have been on miadidas for at least a month now

I questioned why the "fear the forks" were black and yellow as well. And now after seeing the burgundy joints I'm just questioning Adidas at this point .. Ten times better than the black/yellow

Just like posted earlier. Cargos are end of the month. Gila Monsters unfortunately I don't think will be restocking soon (or if ever) - you might be able to get them if you have a connect though. Was told it was a sneaky release by the company. Made a trip to Adidas HQ in Portland and got this info.

Does anyone else feel like the disruptors fit larger than the others? I have sz 8 in disruptor and they feel the same as my 8.5 greyvys...maybe it's the neoprene/spandex toe overlay that stretches more?

My disruptors fit a little bigger than my Pioneers and Homes. Not a full 1/2 size, but maybe closer to 1/4 size bigger in length and toe box width.

i thought the GM colorway was listed as one of the colorway in their general release line-up?  if cargo is dropping on the 31th, maybe the GM will be dropped in april?  playoff colorway?

I asked about a future re-release of the GM and he said he doesn't know if they'll be restocking them (even though he has two pairs of them). And this is someone who has met with Harden's inner circle and works with his best friend too.

this would be a really weird move by adidas, the gila monster was probably everybodys favorite color when they introduced the shoe and im sure they know that, so don't know why they wouldn't eventually have a wider release for it

so the answer is actually "doesn't know" and not "no"...hehe, i'm just trying to be optimistic here

yea still plenty of time for them to release, vol 1 dropped in november so still about 8 months til vol 2, i expect alot more colorways to drop im sure adidas will eventually drop them
