I've been an advocate for bringing boys home for years....got my pops, brother, and a few coworkers converted in my journeys. After seeing my corners in my wedding pics, I went from a #1 to shaved....rocked it for about 6 years until I missed about a week of shaving and saw new life....been rocking the OG bald fade for about the last few months. Hair line ain't what it was in its prime, but I'm nowhere near some of the monstrosities I see out in these streets. Got a coworker right now rocking the Doc Rivers with a severe roof missing who refuses to listen to reason.....most of the time a simple "c'mon son" type approach and a good review of their hair situation is enough to convert.....but it's always the one dude playing past his prime a'la Brett Favre who really just out here embarrassing themselves.
This thread has been pure gold and you dudes with immaculate hair lines will never understand the reality of looking in the mirror one day and having to remember what once was. Hug your elders and thank them.
