OFFICIAL LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS 2023-2024 SEASON THREAD

I was concerned our busy early schedule would catch up to us on this trip. Sucks to be right.

Thank goodness we have the Nets next.

didnt see the game. but a 20 point loss on the road while only scoring 70 points...wow :smh:

against a paul george-less pacers team

literally laid a brick and i hope its not a trend

only 30 second half points

One silver lining to these back-to-back turd level performances is that we're going to go back to being under-the-radar.

At this rate, I'm just hoping we don't lose by 40 to the Cavs.

The beauty of a strong start. Bad b2b L's but we would all sign up for a 14-4 start. Part of me wants to attribute at least a bit of this to the schedule.

In any event, a lack of energy was apparent. Let's get back on the winning track Tuesday

Kilpatrick going off...Luc on the bench. Gonna lose tonight and thursday.

LOL. Doc makes mass substitutions for defensive purposes and the Nets promptly score. What a game.

Lmao your best defender is on the bench while kilpatrick goes off meanwhile both Pierce and Crawford in the game

So dumb

Fam

You get lucky to get in OT and you KEEP PIERCE AND CRAWFORD IN THE GAME TOGETHER

Jamal Crawford pull ups in OT?

Doc is a ******* idiot man. Why the **** are Pierce and Jamal still out there?

Jamal pass the ******* ball. This lineup can't defend le rebound. We deserve to lose and get smashed by the Cavs on Thursday. I hope we lose 5+ in a row if that's what it will take for Doc to get his head out of his ***.

This dumbass makes every move too late. Down 5, bring in Luc. And I swear to God if he brings in Pierce and Jamal out of this timeout...

The irony of deciding to give Blake some rest tonight. CP3 plays 45 minutes in a loss

I'm done, man.

Way to keep control of your emotions Doc.

Of all nights, rest Blake tonight? Smh

It actually made sense. The nets are awful. The issue is this moron decided to start Paul ******* Pierce in place of him.

Pierce played 29 minutes.
Jamal played 35.
Austin played 26.

Luc PLAYED 20 MINUTES in a double OT game. I'm officially done with Doc as head coach. Too many stupid *** decisions and this was the last straw for me. In what world is tht minute distribution a good decision.

This dude is one of those GED Dudes that try to explain to you how the world "really" works but everybody can see he's an idiot except for him. Smart dumb type of dude. He can tell you how 9/11 was an inside job.

**** Doc.

I just think with us dropping 2 in a row, knowing Cleveland is coming up, and being as close as you can to needing this win. Blake could have played 20-25 min rather than sat imo. If that happens, maybe it's a different game and we get a win with every starter paying less than 30 min. I'm sure his finger is more on the pulse of the team than mine. But to play Chris Paul 45 min with him drawing primary duties on kyrie...? Wtf

I don't understand this half committing to Luc. You can't start him, but play him 15 min

The fact that kilpatrick and booker were doing major damage while we had our best defenders on the bench is baffling. You can't call Luc the best defender in the league and not play him when it matters.

You don't understand it because it makes no sense. What other team regularly doesn't play its best perimeter defender in the 4th quarter? The fact that Doc is constantly gassing Luc up as such a great defender makes the whole thing more infuriating.

From a basketball standpoint, this 3 game losing streak doesn't mean anything. Clips have some real quality wins and after all, they still are 14-5.

However, from a seeding standpoint this could be devastating. Because out of the 4 meetings with gsw (a team you haven't beat in 2 yrs), meetings with sas, OKC, plus more randomness of an NBA season, you really don't wanna waste losses on the nets, a Paul George less pacer team, etc.
