I went to the doctors yesterday to check why I have been having low apetite and low motivation and low mojo.
He said I might have low T-levels and he'll know more when my lab work comes back. Idk what to really think of it.
Up. I started to do body exercises... stairs, push and pull. That's the best I can do without a gym membership. Squats are rough on my knees.
I take a multi and 4000 iu of Vit D. No zinc except in my multi. I don't go out a lot and I have been trying to get sun exposure. My friend has M.S. and believes it may be caused because of low Vit D. Thank you.
I sometimes don't get the urge. I used to get morning wood everyday.. now it's every 3 days or so.
Yeah I haven't been eating healthy ever and now it's catching up to me. I've been working out the last 3 days but I'm not eating much... I have been eating a lot of fast food ever since high scshool. Do you think the meat in those foods might have a lot of hormonres? I'm underweight... I'm 135lbs @ 5'9... I've been having terrible apetite.
I only care to watch porn after 3-5 days of urge nothingness. Then i'll beat off like a monkey.
