Anyone here havee experience with low Testoserone?

I went to the doctors yesterday to check why I have been having low apetite and low motivation and low mojo. 

He said I might have low T-levels and he'll know more when my lab work comes back.  Idk what to really think of it.

go work out your legs 3-4 days a week at the gym. Heavy on the weights light on the cardio.
When you work out, your muscles naturally release testosterone. Your legs being the biggest muscles
in your body will release the most. Start there and Flourish.


Edit: Work out your arms, chest, and back too of course.

Up.  I started to do body exercises... stairs, push and pull.  That's the best I can do without a gym membership.  Squats are rough on my knees.
 
Vitamin D and zinc are good for increasing testosterone as well as sun exposure..
I take a multi and 4000 iu of Vit D.  No zinc except in my multi.  I don't go out a lot and I have been trying to get sun exposure.  My friend has M.S. and believes it may be caused because of low Vit D. Thank you.

I sometimes don't get the urge.  I used to get morning wood everyday.. now it's every 3 days or so.

Doctors make that ish up so you can go on hormone therapy. They want ya dollars b. That's how some people are able to legally obtain steroids. They go in claiming they have low testosterone. And doctors run some test and just make that assumption and start you on it. Watch "bigger, faster, stronger" it's on Netflix, no chill.
 
I thought I did. Went to the doctor and he said my levels were "normal," butt hen again the range of normal in testosterone levels is so huge one guy can have 4x as much as the next dude and both be in the normal range. Just make some lifestyle changes and see if that does anything


Don't get on trt just yet. There's plenty of natural things you can take that aren't even expensive for your overall male virility (yohimbe, tongkat ali,tribulus, dhea, daa, saw palmetto, etc.) and then Zinc, Magnesium, Vit D as far as vitamins and the foods that are good for that are nuts (Brazil nuts esp), green vegetables, red meat, and good fats like avocado, coconut/olive oil. Get on eBay or amazon and search "testosterone booster," hell the Wal Mart brand even makes on.

Wait til you get your bloodwork back, but the thing about testosterone thsat is weird is you could have a lot but if it is bound and not free, then your body isn't using it anyways. So you want to increase your testosterone levels but also the free testosterone levels, as in increase the amount of what you have is absorbed.

Anyways, before you go to TRT, just try getting your diet better and working out. Are you kind of fat? That's considered a testosterone killer. Just make the appropriate lifestyle changes bro and I promise you'll see results for minimal price. If it seems like something drastic, then maybe look into TRT and other expensive options.
 
Also if you're watching adult films, those can kill your sex drive if used improperly

Yeah I haven't been eating healthy ever and now it's catching up to me.  I've been working out the last 3 days but I'm not eating much... I have been eating a lot of fast food ever since high scshool.  Do you think the meat in those foods might have a lot of hormonres?  I'm underweight... I'm 135lbs @ 5'9... I've been having terrible apetite.

I only care to watch porn after 3-5 days of urge nothingness.  Then i'll beat off like a monkey.

But when I was younger I watched porn for breakfast, lunch and dinner... so Idk.
