Can't see JVG going through a rebuild.
Outside of Washington which is a semi-rebuild, most of the job openings are just that, just varying degrees of talent to do so.
Yea I don't even think of Minny as your typical rebuild. They're kinda already rebuilt.

Plus they're offering power over personnel decisions. I think they're by far the most attractive job opening.

He'll want to go somewhere that has an established star in place or a budding one. That's why he took the Houston job in 2003 and why he interviewed with New Orleans last year. I wouldn't be surprised if he wants front office control like his brother either.

I think he's talking about the money. KD stands to make more long term by signing a deal after next summer than if he does it this summer. Basketball wise they're may also be more options for him next summer after another cap jump.
Bingo.

Why not stay one more year, for a ton of money, with Russ make another run then choose your destination together or seperate if necessary.

LA would be a nice soft landing spot for both of them if he get another young piece don't overpay for demar freaking derozen :x or Hassan moody booty Whiteside.

Those are just the evil thoughts that creep in my head

I want to believe they are a done deal package because Russell wants to be a star

Derozan's better than the whole Lakers squad. He's a good start. I just hope they don't overpay him.

*crosses Derozan off the list of potentials*

If that dude said it was sunny outside, I'd grab an umbrella.

He's had far more "I mean, I didn't say GUARANTEE" moments than he has "This is exactly what I said they would do 2 months ago" moments.
