I just cant believe trollmealone got lumped in somehow with the rest of the respectable posters Ska listed. :x

please tell me you're joking

You love me. You really, really love me [emoji]128517[/emoji]

In other news, I honestly think JC and dlo are playing out of position. The same way a guy like Zach lavine isn't a natural 1, jc isn't a natural 2. He doesn't fully grasp the position. Put him at SG and he thinks he's supposed to Jack shots and ignore everyone else. At pg he gets everyone involved and does a better job picking his spots.

And as much as dlo has been hyped for his vision, I haven't quite seen it on that level. His playing style reminds me of a shoot first Chris Paul. He can definitely see the floor but doesn't strike me as much more than a 5 apg guy for his career. He seems to thrive as a scorer and I was more impressed with the way Clarkson ran the 1 last year.

This Kobe interview on ESPN has me sad right now. I'll definitely be in my feels when I'm at the game on Wednesday. Might be bawling low key.

I was devastated how Magic went out.

I'm totally fine with Kobe leaving. It's time. He gave us everything he had.

Honestly, game 80 2013 hurts WAY more. That's the last time we saw the real Kobe. That night, hurt.

Missing out on another playoff run, that hurt.

This ghost we got, bricking everything, smiling, wrapped like a mummy, playin 2 quarters a game, naw. Good job, good effort.

But achilles night, that's the one. He was a chalk outline on our floor, he died on our court, been haunting us the last 3 years since.

RIP Kobe. :smokin

CP you know I was just teasing about the vin diesel scene right?

Just messing around man. I think no matter how you feel about Kobe we can all agree we'll all be happy to start fresh next season (assuming we have a better coach...)

I'll never forget the first time I saw Lakers and Kobe. They beat Portland and Pippen. Life hasn't been he same since. Its hard for me to admit his exit still.

that Achilles game was the last time I saw the true black mamba.

Yes, but his corpse still has the ability to to drop 17ppg in this league. But like all zombies, it's disgusting to watch but you respect the effort.

One thing I'm curious about. How our sales going to be. Will we sell out steal? How our merchandise going to sell? Kobe always had top (1) or top selling jersey. Out merchandise was always top 5 if not number 1. Curious from a business stand point how'll we'll do without Kobe.

i think it really depends on the draft. if we don't get that top 3 pick and don't pick up ingram simmons or hield, etc. we're gonna take a potential hit bc our team won't be that good. if we land a huge free agent, that could change things up though. with this core and without kobe, ticket sales are gonna take a hit for sure as well as merchandise.

Superstars sell. We don't have one. That should answer the question.

True! Just hope we're not in the bottom 25-30 in sales lol.

I shed tears the night Kobe popped the Achilles.

I'll probably shed a few on Wednesday.

Can't even front, I was fighting tears that night. Thinking to myself "cmon bruh are you really crying?? You're a grown *** man". But Kobe is really a different dude. Never seen anything quite like him.

I feel like Kobe retiring is like the end of my youth

Grew up watching this man
He brought so much joy to my life as a laker die hard fan

20 damn years
