I retract my statement I thought you were talking about another Kobe incident that we all might know about. In that case yes, this is worse. Dude potentially ruined Nick's and Iggy's wedding. I don't think there is any good excuse he can say rather than he didn't know it was recording? But either way this whole situation is f'ed up and don't see any reason to record your own teammate...
