A much much much much lesser target for 2016, Terrence Ross got a 3 year / $33mil extension. Probably what I would have given over 4, in a worst case scenario of course.

thanks. seems silly that every game we have no defense. and larry nance and anthony brown are suppose to be known as defensive mindset players, yet get no mins. Byron...smh

Read the other day, Kobe, Lou, Swaggy, Clarkson, Randle all have higher usage rate that DLo and Huertas.
The 2 true PG's, playin without the ball. 
This is like draftin Jason Kidd, and havin Jim Jackson run the offense.
Or to relate it back to Byron, havin Magic Johnson, and run the O thru Byron and Michael Cooper.
Give him the ball, run a non iso heavy offense, use the pick and roll, he'll develop just fine.
DLo 2 man game with Randle, Brown/Swaggy spotted up, Clarkson as an outlet......results will come.
Can switch Hibbert with Randle, Bass, Kelly, etc.

DLO won't do anything until his shot starts falling, it is ridiculous how inconsistent it is.
Even with 3 games of tape out teams are just going under the screen and making him shoot that shot, and it isn't falling in.
Right now he isn't getting into the paint, which I don't think is his game anyways, he's not setting anybody up really (partially due to the offense they are playing) and he isn't hitting his shot, which makes him look absolutely horrible.
Until his shot starts falling and people start respecting it, he's going to look bad out there, his once in a generation vision is worthless if people are backing off him and making him shoot, and if we are playing ISO offense.
Sidebar: I was pretty whatever about Bryon Scott coming into the year, and now i'm more on the "yeah he isn't a good coach" however, he's been tasked with a pretty difficult job. You have an aging Megastar in Kobe in maybe his last year, you have basically 3 real assets that all need the ball to be effective, and then you have an abundance of secondary players that on great teams would be amazing. I still don't get his Kelly Bass lineup, but I don't know what coach could really effectively make this team great.
All in all, i'm pretty disappointed in the year so far, but hopefully these guys can just start letting their talent show and we can win a few games off that.

Well while I agree with this and was actually envisioning them trading Clarkson eventually in a few years. I HATE that Dlo is dating a Kardashian and seems like he's worrying about his branding with Nike.
I need him to perform on the court, the brand comes after performing.
*with Byron though this year will be rocky for Dlo. Gonna give him 2-3 years before making any judgements long term.

I mean how the HATERS and high expectations would be on him this season.
It's just how a big portion of the Laker fan base is. They want immediate results and expect him to be superstar from day 1 because he was the #2 overall pick.
