No, you can't. If you're slow, you're slow.

The only time you'll see improvement is in situations where poor form and technique is being used. And even in those cases, the change is no more than a couple hundredths of a second.

Now, what you can work on and improve substantially in, is quickness. And in the NBA, quickness > speed.

What I noticed about dlo in summer league is that he has a good second step. Once he gets to that second level he will blow past guys but his first step isn't top notch. Lebron is another guy with that characteristic. Also dlo just has great timing and change of direction, quick feet. He has a knack for making guys fall, I think he made two guys fall in spl just from the way he moves them into screens or by driving, putting his weight on the defender and then changing direction. They weren't true ankle breakers like we saw at Ohio but they were crafty moves.

Nash would've been perfect to work with him because he's exactly the same as far as not having blazing speed but having and using his quick feet. I was really impressed with how nash was able to get by guys even as a laker. Crossed the **** out of Evan turner in his last game when he got the assist record.

Also, guys, randle has that 15 footer already. He showed it last year and I'm expecting it to fall sometime in these next two games. He's a real confidence player and he's starting to get that confidence back.

I'm never going to get to use my League Pass to watch the Lakers... we're always on ****ing NBATV.

mrdieselfuel09 mrdieselfuel09 Who is that? George karl?

Worthy mentioned that he's seen randle's right hand plenty in practice and he just has the tendency to always go left, trying to get him out of that habit. Also talked about teaching him the in between game when he can't get all the way to the rack, specifically that stepback we saw last game

In the quarters the Lakers starters have played without Russell they've looked better than when he is playing. I'll give it a few more games but if he comes out and the team plays the same may have to consider not starting him
