We have Tarik and Sacre
I'd rather shed Young, Lou and Bass for draft picks.... Trim the roster to 12 , call up Upshaw and Frazier let the kids play

No reason to shed Nick Young, at least during this season, if it's in the offseason to open up some more cap, then fine. But right now? No need to.. He actually fits with the guys we want to build with. Somehow.

If we shed someone it's gotta be the guys who don't fit at all. Bass & Lou, and it's really difficult to shed guys making $5 & $7mil and not take something back.

And you likely won't get picks for any of them.

I'd trade Nick in a heartbeat, simply to get Anthony Brown his minutes.

Nick has no future here when we're good, so zero reason to keep him around.

At least Metta is using his time to teach the young guys, otherwise I'd want him out of the way too.

Really starting to see the Byron concerns.

Kidd & CP (NO CP3) were the best things to ever happen to him.

He isn't quite sure what he's seeing, doesn't see THIS level yet. He has flashes but doesn't trust his instinct because the coach doesn't allow him to make mistakes.

Defensively, he's not playing hard enough period. I think partly because he's still trying to find his strength on the other end and is focusing too much on that.

Some players offense feeds their defense. That's traditionally backwards, but I think once he gets comfortable offensively, his defensive focus will improve.

I actually think Russell has been okay for a rookie PG on defense. Sadly, he's probably been the best guard on the defensive end. Not saying much of course.

Honestly I want to see D'lo having a 10-12 TO game where he is in full attack/Create mode ala Russy....because half those will be because our guys don't see they're open.


That would be awesome for the kid and as a fan of his game :wow:

I've been waiting for him to just come out with this **** the world mentality and go balls out. Then refuse to get subbed out and threatens to give BS the fade on the way to the bench. Would instantly make me a believer again
