Was driving from SD into LA, turn on sportsnet and see Kobe played 37 min...wtf?

Played the whole 4th too.

Byron was asked and his reply was something like " Well he's still averaging around 30 mins after tonight"

R I D I C U L O U S.

One things D'Lo will do well is grab rebounds.. When he builds the strength, I can only see Russell Westbrook, and maybe Rajon Rondo (this year he's gone back to prime Rondo as a rebounder) as the only PG who will be a better rebounder than him.

the thing about assists is the person on the receiving end of the pass has to make the shot

assist chances would be a better number to look at

Tarik black in the doghouse, why are we not developing this young talent? I understand some on here don't think he's in the long term plans financially. But if he ends up a dale Davis type player and we have buku cash to throw at everyone, why not develop and keep him?

But hey, Byron out here tryna win games LOL

Kobe heavy minutes and 10 pts to show for it, so sad

Byron has to, has to, resign or be fired in the next few weeks according to logic and reason.

Dlo looking better is the lone bright spot

Worthy changing his tune on the pre game show praising Dlo after his harsh criticism on Mondays post game show. You just know some executive came down on him for that

A good coach plays to his players' strengths.

Byron tried to play Kelly and Bass together. Still tries to play Bass at 5. Plays Lou at the point and all this ***** does is dribble dribble puts up terrible shot. As terrible as Bass and Lou have been, they've been put in a position to fail by their BS coach. You know Lou's a gunner coming in and you put him at point with Nick Young and Kobe out there. How ******* stupid can you be.

On top of all that. BS has never heard the concept of staggering minutes. Far too rigid with his rotations. Runs the prison offense. Stuns our rooks' development. Runs Kobe to the ground on his likely last season. "Preaches defense" but his teams have always been a joke on that end. His "man up" comments, 3's dont win championships, doesn't believe in analytics.

What the **** is this guy even average at?

Is it safe to say that Dlo is (quietly) having a better rookie campaign than Mudiay? Im curious to see what you guys think.

The Per 36 numbers are pretty similar, with mudiay having an advantage in several areas.

Russel

If Russell had the same usage rate (+7%), I would think that his better efficiency and vision would net him equivalent or better numbers. Pretty much every advance metric also seem to suggest that Russel is better.

Based on the eye ball test though, what do you guys think?  If you could swap them right now, would you?
