Why are they using his arm instead of a donor/cadeavar? Are they afraid of putting him on anti rejection medication? Honestly, already 40 yrs old and having never had a penis that's worth the risk, if that's what it's about. I'm not sure why you can't just get a whole donor penis either, seems simpler than creating one out of his arm and making him have to trade one for the other
