In today's Wrestling Observer Radio, when talking about Russev/Summer, Dave dropped this nugget about their storyline back in 2000 that was abruptly wrapped up at the Rumble in 2001.
"So in a backstage thing (meeting), HHH just said its not believable that she (Stephanie) would ever leave me for him (Angle). And so they just ended up dropping it because of that. And originally she was in fact supposed to go with him (Angle)"

Why doesn't Seth Rollins shoot down these ideas for him to consistently lose?

It's insane that the United States Championship is the most protected title in the company right now. :rolleyes

Why don't they all challenge these stupid storylines. He can't bury everybody lol. Rusev/Ziggler was trash from the beginning yet it dragged on for months and cost Rusev momentum.

I'd take that heat, you can always be forgiven when you're grey and old. See Shawn Michaels. Seth Rollins didn't eat these many pins when he was the Tag Team Champion. This is your World Champion, the Man, the #1 guy in the company eating pins to end Raw and Smackdown EVERY WEEK. He has to put his foot back down already.

so in flair's first run as nwa champ, they used to do things like have him be embarrassed by faces such as piper above...but...flair would always
save face in the end in that he didn't come off as a wimp...all the time

maybe they're trying something like this with rollins but can't seem to get it right...with rollins actually coming off as a wimp or overall coward unworthy of title
 
but every superstar legend that the wwe builds has the potential to drop triple h one notch down on the all-time list
how many cena's could shovel deal with, ha ha
