Just thinking about something. There are about 600 Million folks LIVING in North America, and all of them will die at some point.

Why on Earth (no pun) do we still bury people in the ground after they die?

Environmentally, it makes no sense

Space wise, it makes no sense

I am not sure if this is legal but why not give back to the earth when you die. I wonder if I could ask to have my body dropped in the middle of the ocean so someone can have a meal. Instead of just wasting away in a damn box.

Random, I know. Orange Line takes forever to get to Le'Enfant so this was on my mind.

I plan to be cremated and have my ashes shot into space. Already found a company that does it.

I want to be cremated and put in a bio urn, turn me into an Pine tree pleigboi

bury me smiling
with g's in my pocket
have a party at my funeral
let every rapper rock it
let the **** that i used to know
from way before kiss me from head to toe
give me a paper and pen so i can write about my life of sin
a couple of bottles of gin in case i dont get in
tell all my people I'm a ridah
nobody cries when we die, we outlaws, let me ride

Was listening to a podcast this morning discussing this topic. Personally rather be cremated.

don't matter... I just want one of those New Orleans style funerals. band jammin and people dancing in the street

i remember going to the Vatican when i was like 12, and walked around a corner and completely did not expect to see a dead Pope on display...had me shook for most of my trip, especially learning that many of the old churches interred folks from the old days in the floor and walls...
