Jason Kidd is same age as Fish and is flourishing. Spoelstra was a in the video room editing film. He has two chips. Last but not least Phil was/is piping the OWNERS daughter, if that's not a super conflict of interest or could 've deemed as a hit on leadership I don't know what is.

Fish is an adult and he can be without 100 chicks as long as its not messing with W's

On one hand, Fish is wrong for that.

On the other, these things happen when you wife a bird.

Barnes set himself up for this L a while ago.

Fish out there capitalizing on his status. And I keep hearing about coaches and head coaches supposed to be held at a higher standard, but they're no better than the players.

Some years ago I saw one of Mike Dantoni's assistant coaches, slick haired cat, leaving the club with a young white thot.
 
y'all must of forget about rick pitino's savageness, getting down in a restaurant floor in front of his coaching staff.

what about that college coach that left half his face on the pavement when he fell off a motorcycle, dude had his bird on the staff
 
you cant compare coaching a "team" to my real life job where i supervise a tow truck company.........here as long as you dont damage any cars , are timely , have manners ....youre pretty good.....now a team , especially at the highest level of competition , needs to be cohesive .....to put it short once again.....i can drive a tow truck for someone that i dont think has my back....but i cant travel across the country and compete side by side with someone who might smash my girl after we lose 60 games............lol @ d fish being a  coach anyways , in before mario chalmers is the miami heats coach in 20 years....smh you have people like jason kidd who obviously / literally can see plays before they happen / see the game differently......but the team that won the chip last year wasnt steve kerr's building , derek fisher is no jason kidd , ( j kidd wins with the bucks lol and if i remember correctly the nets made the playoffs with him ? ) 

you cant compare regular jobs to coaching the most elite level of basketball players in the world ......i legit would not play for this guy and immediately demand a trade if i was a knick , and you can seriously ask my friends and family , since i was a little kid , even to this day ( jokingly of course ) , if you ask me .....id want to be a professional rapper or basketball player in NY and would pick the nets / knicks over the heat even though i was raised in miami because i grew up wanting to be killa cam

so the dude who rides for all his teammates on the court and who teammates love off the court would be the same dude who would smash your ex-wife? i doubt it.

mario chalmers gets yelled at by various teammates every time out

dfish was the second leader next to kobe and would run time outs

leadership doesnt show up on the stat sheet but it's as important as points rebounds and assists 

chris paul's team choked away a 3-1 series lead while up 15+ in the 4th quarter without james harden playing. that's the kind of leader he is
