Hospin is more annoying than radio rap.

I don't think it has anything to do with lingo. That 'you just don't understand' or 'you aren't hood enough' is a poor response. Some people just don't like the music.
Is 30 too old to understand Future? If I had urban dictionary open while I listened to DS2 will the music become more enjoyable to me? I honestly don't think so.
And that's not to say I'm a Hopsin fan, but acting like people who complain about the music are just too old or soft to 'get it' is just as corny as what Hopsin did with this song.
Naw. I'm not saying that. But if you have to open up Urban Dictionary to understand Future, it may not be as enjoyable for you. That's akin to somebody opening up a regular dictionary listening to Lupe. It's not understood the first time, so it may not be as enjoyable.
Take "Collosal" for example. I'm able to enjoy both the beautiful Zaytoven production and the slick lines he's throwing in there. Below, he's talking comparing himself to Goldie from the Mack. A lot of people don't know who that is, or simply aren't listening close enough to catch it..or just can't understand what he's saying.
"I be in black like a villain
Hop out the 'Lac on some pimpin'
Step to that bish like I'm Goldie
Half of these ******? they bogus
Most of these ******? they bogus
I go to coast to coast, I'm fully loaded
I hit the lights for roaches just to scatter
I had to go to work with heavy metal
I done seen dead bodies in the ghetto
I seen these bishes dancin' with the devil
I seen that money make a bish evil"
Future is as straight forward as it gets please stop trying to make his music more than what it is ...if you think future is deep something is wrong with you
If ****** don't get Super by now then they never gone understand him...no need to explain it to em.Naw. I'm not saying that. Dog I listen to future almost every dayYou can have depth to your music and not be deep. Y'all the kind of dudes to think the dudes walking around with Africa medallions, kinky twist and holding up the autobiography of Malcolm X while bumping TPBAB are the only "deep"people.
Nah. Depth is relative....and it can come from an unlikely source, in a simple unlikely way. As I stated numerous times, I'm not saying future is deep....But there are more layers to his sounds than what appears on the surface level. So when someone says something like, "I can't even understand what he's saying", or "all he does is repeat the same thing over and mumble", there is "no substance to his music"....I'm simply trying to make them see exactly what he'ms saying b/c they may have not caught it b/c of delivery, accent, production or lingo.
Lastly, it's annoying that music is considered trash b/c it doesn't have some depth that you are looking for. If it's sonically pleasing, and you enjoy it I'm certain settings....thenthe music has done its intended job.
Those lines are weak, uncreative. I comprehend it, because I'm smart. I'm intuitive. He ain't painting pictures. He says the same useless jargon, over and over. If he was so ill, why he ain't jump out 5-10 years ago? He was a po hustler. Should've put some money away, if he was so heavy in the game.
Now he has dye in his dreads, and bowler hats? He a fraud. You mad because, I'm not impressed by his antics?
why you hate dude so much?
Because....

So, you think suburban white and black kids who listen to Future, understand hood lingo or ebonics? I think not...
I'm white and live in a small rural town in Belgium.
English is my 3rd language and I understand all the lingo and can understand Future just fine.
Lil B effect. ****, I kind of feel like that's the same thing that's happening with Trump right now on a larger scale.I don't know who Hopsin is, don't know **** about him. With that said, this sounds a lot like a Future or Young Thug song. I appreciate him shooting this video and showing how ridiculous these "rappers" sound today. Absolute trash.
The craziest thing to me is, Future blew up off trolling. It was a joke to like his music and people were trolling all over the message boards. Then it just spread like fire.
+1When was future trolling? Or when were people trolling to like him? I think u got son confused with based god.
this dude wasn't even funny... I get his vision but it's played out terribly

A lot of music blogs, and publications had him tabbed as a top 10 worse rapper. In 2012, RapRadar listed "Tony Montana" as the worse song, of that year.
Tony Montana came out and it was a perfect one hit wonder single. Then "Turn Off the Lights" came out and people were trolling on message boards. "Pluto is album of the year", "Pluto is the best R&B album this year". I hate to sound old but the youth gets off on that **** for some reason. When you see **** like that on social media and message boards so much, it spreads. Everyone else starts to see it and goes with it. The world is full of followers.
Like two of y'all said, it was the same way with Lil B. The internet was trolling with that **** and it really took off.
Ain't No Way Around It, Magic and Itchin (Remix) are the only Future songs you'll catch me listening to. He was fine with just hooks and his new ****, he mumbles more than ever. Not sure if it's the drugs or what.
You don't even need to be in this conversation, you're a HUGE Future fan. You're on here talking about his lyrics are deep and his music has substance. I can't take any of your Future posts seriously.
Trolling is a huge part of Future's success. He's a social media rapper. Just like Boosie was bigger than ever in jail than before he went in to jail. All of the sudden Boosie was the realest, free Boosie everywhere and all that ****. Youth loves to troll and that **** spreads.
im 1000000000% sure you have something weird going on ... prbly got a future shrine in ya closet like Helga or something....... its like a batsignal goes out & you appear with your salt n bull
you saying you cant take wavy serious but anytime I see a cycle avy I kno its a hate post pot meet kettle fam

I never saw anyone say pluto was album of the yr...it was a cash cow for future single wise but def never AOTY noise
then you say all he does is mumble but turn around only to say but I do mess with xyz & abc tho .... in my doe b voice IT AINT BOTH...I CANT B BOTH
"Da homies in da cutlass on E,
****** turnt up and we bout to hit da streets,
Da homie on probation make him sit up in da back,
Bout to hit da weed spot and get another sack"
This joint and "Outside" are so damn cold. I can't stop playing this album.
