I really like spinach smoothies
Just started making them myself.

I add a cup of chobani yogurt, chia seeds, and a bit of orange juice to the cups of spinach I use. Was shocked at how much I liked it once I tried it.

Question for you guys. What is the purpose of nutritional food supplements? Are they supposed to act as an extra liquid meal on top of a normal meal top get the added nutrition you need or does it totally substitute your meal altogether?

To quote Arnold swarzenager who I think obviously knows a lot about nutrition, supplements aren't supposed to replace meals just help u reach your required calorie intake for whatever goal you are trying to Achieve ....i.e if u need to eat 3000 calories in a day and don't feel like eating 6x a day

Thank you for this thread. I'm on the night shift and there's half of a cake just sitting here and I was so tempted.

Just ordered some grassfed whey the other day because I'm about to join a gym. I've been slacking on weight lifting since I moved to Florida.

Made a sweet potato smoothie a while back.

Sweet Potato (2)
Milk
Ice
Water
Cinnamon
Agave (little bit for sweetness)

Tasted like a healthier horchata.
Gotta try this out except replace the milk with almond or coconut milk.
