Was looking this up, seems like it's one of the packets you get from the corner store to boost your "stamina". They aren't approved by the FDA or anything. I've tried stamina Rx before, but I didn't mix it with anything else tho.

Man I tried enhancement pills three times in my life. First time was half a pill and that was cool. Second time, nothing. Third time I remember my heart hurting and I went limp. Thought it was lights out for me. Never messing with that stuff again.

The only good part of the situation is that khole isn't super grimey imo and his children should be taken care of.
