if the suspect runs then force is required to stop the suspect and continue the investigation
unless you know of a way to stop someone from running away from you without using force, if so please create a demo video and send it to police stations across the nation

I never said cops needed to see a crime to take action. I said, if no crime was reported, and the cop didn't see a crime being committed, they should not have chased the kids.
