he was running out of stupidity
Tell that to Mike Brown.

so using this logic (that the police are out to get you), why would running away (giving them a reason to get physical) be in any way at all a smart thing to do?after ppl have repeatdly told you how black people have reason to fear the police
if he didnt do anything wrong theres no reason to be fearful
he was running out of stupidity
some would consider ones actions when not thinking rationally and logically to be "stupid" and "dangerous"
because youre not thinking rationally and logically, youre in fear for your life
so was he running in fear or guilt of a crime?
its a reflection of what he thinks of black people.
so a teenager is supposed to have the wisdom of the world and in a split second contemplate all the consequences and repecussions of what running will mean?
like even if you run, you should EXPECT an asswhooping?
thats the expectation?
some would take into consideration the fact that one is under duress and not jump to "stupid" or "dangerous"
some would consider ones actions when not thinking rationally and logically to be "stupid" and "dangerous"
acting illogically to someone who has done nothing wrong is literally acting like someone who just did something wrong
both (keyword BOTH) sides have to think
why do victims have to think but cops just get to brutalize?
and also wouldn't robbery fear just be larceny?
aint that just larceny?Yes that's it.
but the "suspect" didnt coerce anybodyYes that's it.Deuce is this it?
we could be talking about turtles in a bowl it doesnt mattersome would take into consideration the fact that one is under duress and not jump to "stupid" or "dangerous"

but i suspect ppl that think like that dont carry deep seated prejudices
thus there was no crime. and thus jason was wrongfully identified as a suspect and then finally wrongly assaulted by police.
but the "suspect" didnt coerce anybody
LOL @ justice for Jason. We have to learn how to put our weight behind actually injustices and real causes. We can't be wasting our time and energy around worthless situation.
The TRUE story is Jason was not arrested but detained....stop and frisked to be exact. He was let go in a matter of minutes. Bottom line is if a cop asked or tells you to stop.....RUNNING is never going to work out in your favor be it by the boys in blue or rationale public perception as Jason found out the hard way which caused him to be face down on the ground. You dudes let me know of a jurisdiction that doesn't have cops in America that way folks can RUN freely and not worry about the long arm of the law......exactly.
Jason might have been just going to the bank and maybe the complainant that called the police on him might have just been wary or fearful of a black male or several black males just chilling in front of the bank. Either way Jason and his boys made matters worse on themselves when they were asked to stop by the police and took flight. The reality of the matter is he wouldn't have been handcuffed if he stopped and let the police investigate the reason behind the 911 call by the complainant. Instead all Jason got out of this situation is a few moments of internet "glory"...which means nothing. I won't even get into his book bag and what have you. I'll save that possibly for later.
if a suspect runs away from a cop trying to talk to him, the rational thing for the cop to do is chase him down
lol so the cop's choice to assault the victim is rational??????
nah, what u said was the person running should expect a butt whooping. not a chase down
if a suspect runs away from a cop trying to talk to him, the rational thing for the cop to do is chase him down
well after you catch up to the person the only way to stop him is with forcenah, what u said was the person running should expect a butt whooping. not a chase down
if a suspect runs away from a cop trying to talk to him, the rational thing for the cop to do is chase him down
theres a difference between restraining versus "butt whooping".
well after you catch up to the person the only way to stop him is with force
we could be talking about turtles in a bowl it doesnt matter
not thinking rationally and acting illogically can be seen as being dumb and dangerous
you can come up with as many reasons and excuses as you want, at the end of the day running away was a stupid decision
in the picture provided it seems like the officer is restraining the kid as opposed to giving him a butt whoopingtheres a difference between restraining versus "butt whooping".
well after you catch up to the person the only way to stop him is with force
