Hello, My name is sean.
I'm new here. I had a question about buying from Rif.La. They have shoes on the sites thats a good price and but it says in store only. I talked to a representative and they said you could buy them online but there are no take backs/Refunds and you have to state you acknowledge that in the box before you check out. He said they may be beaters so may be withoit a box. I want to know have anyone did this before and desvribe the condition of your sneakers.

Hi Sean

Welcome to Niketalk. Since you're new, I'm not sure if you've seen any of the previous topics on this matter. I think I can speak for all of NT when I say NEVER buy shoes that you won't have any recourse with following the purchase. Looks are subjective, so while a representative with RIF may describe them as "VNDS" (or very near dead stock,) you might receive what you would consider beaters. Due to their policy, you won't even be able to return them for store credit. If you can't see them in person and they can't provide pictures of the EXACT pair of shoes you're thinking about buying, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere.

I recommend that you only ever buy previously owned/used shoes from people and retailers you trust. If you had to make this thread, I'm guessing you don't trust RIF very much. eBay is very buyer friendly, so you may have better luck finding the shoe you want there. Hope this helps.

I live in Georgia i dont have the pleasure of going to check them out

I never bought sneakers from here. So im trying to see have anyone bought from there and/or the in store only option. The rep did say that Rif.la wouldnt feel right sending them online due to conditions. I guess that should say something lol. Im pretty scared to purchase from ebay. But i will look into that as well also. Thanks!

There's quite a few members who work for or are affiliated with Rif LA. You may get a better response posting this is the SO-CAL regional thread.

I would definitely make RIF LA & RIF DOS my TOP shopping destination to check out when I came to SoCal

When I go shop in LA coming from the LBC I do it like this

1st stop

RIF DOS

2nd stop

UNION LA

3rd stop

SUPREME

ALL other stores are just out of the way and unneccessary

RIF LA / RIF DOS is all about having a CLEAN SETUP & its not cluttered like some cosignment stores that deal in Supreme and are located on MELROSE........... LOL!!
Plus there staff is REAL knowledgeable and well dressed / clean

Some of the OG of the OG'est may remember HEAVY HITTERS which turned into TRILLIONAIRE

That store was a little WAY ahead of its time.
