Similar to my og post, received an email about job opportunities becoming available next week. Please see the actual job posting for "official eligibility" criteria, but generally speaking, if you have received your bachelors within the past 2 years, you can apply DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOUR MAJOR WAS. If you have your bachelors already, but its been over 2 years (6 years for military folks,) and you have received some form of certificate, technical degree or vocational degree (there may be other possible criteria that you can use) then that can be considered for the educational requirement from the previous 2 years that can meet that criteria, then you are good.
Apply for the jobs (yes, ALLL OF THEM) on +++ usajobs.gov +++ Monday, January 14, 2019 to Friday, January 18, 2019.
This is a paid internship that when completed will take you from a GS 7-11 in 2 years, and from my experience, the "easiest" way to work for the gov/Dept of Defense. More info is below. If you would like to PM for more questions, I will attempt to aid you.

Good morning yall. At work today, i received an email about this scholarship that is open to anyone over 18, and a U.S. Citizen. Its called "SMART" (Science, Mathematics &Research for Transformation)
Some of the benefits include:
*Full tuition and education related fees (does not include items such as meal plans, housing, or parking)
*Cash award paid at a rate of $25,000 - $38,000 depending on degree pursuing (may be prorated depending on award length)
*Summer research internships
*Health insurance allowance up to $1,200 per calendar year
*Miscellaneous Supplies Allowance of $1,000 per academic year
*Mentoring
*Employment placement after graduation
SCHOLARSHIP FOR SERVICE PROGRAM
Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students pursuing degrees
in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM) fields
+ Full tuition and educational fees
+ Generous cash stipend
+ Employment with DoD facilities after graduation
