Meltzer said on Observer Radio that Randy Orton had been working injured but suffered a dislocated shoulder (I believe the same shoulder he has had problems with in the past). They are evaluating him now if he will need surgery.

My own personal thought... if Orton is out of action, Cena's hiatus may be cut very short.
