Wrestling Thread Oct 19 - Nov 8 | Nov 5: Seth Rollins Tears ACL/MCL, Stripped of WWE Title

Case I was with you up until Hunter winning the Rumble

I don't want him to win it either, but I was just trying to think of a scenario that would both be exciting and plausible..

Lol at picking up a mic in the middle of the match just to introduce someone...rest of that sans HHH winning is solid.

.

Like I said, I don't want him to win either..But realistically having Shovel in a program with Sext or Romaine at Mania for the belt would be a nice rub for either one..I don't personally want to see it, but it's something that could quite possibly happen because Vince is gonna Vince..

 I can see this actually happening.

Just not a fan of part timers getting so much spotlight with guys like Rusev being booked as jobbers.

I don't have that big of an issue with part-timers as long as the full time guys get a chance to shine/work good programs..Brock is a part-timer and I'm pretty sure 99% of NTWT was loving his title reign..

Wasn't really referring to Brock.. though he is a part-timer. More to HHH, The Rock and Taker, I don't mind them having matches as long as your current talent have a place on the card and aren't in 6 man tag matches on the pre-show.

Also Brock is still writing his legacy. So him being booked in big angles doesn't bother me.

Here's 9 pages of Hogan's contract:

Hulk Hogan contract from 1998-

- Hogan was paid a $2 million bonus simply for signing the contract.
- Hogan was given 25 percent of the ticket revenue made during any Nitro or Thunder event that he participated in, with his minimum cut being $25,000.
- Hogan was paid $20,000 (every month!) for being associated with nWo.
- Hogan was handed 15 percent of PPV sales for all PPV events that he took part in, with $675,000 being the minimum amount he would collect.
- Hogan was set up to receive 50 percent of the profits that WCW made for selling any merchandise directly related to him.

:wow:

No wonder WCW went under.

Just to add again, for anybody who hasn't read Death of WCW, please read it. It's an excellent and very well detailed book. It will make you both laugh and shaje your head at the decisions they made.

They have an updated version on Amazon for under $20..Being an NWA/WCW mark, I'd love to read it..Is it worth the money?

2k16 is really the only thing I want in the ntwt ss. Hopefully it gets cheaper on Black Friday. Haven't played in a couple of years.
