The WWE treats the crowd/viewers like they have short attention spans, so they could honestly just bring them back up right now.
Like others have said, that MITB case needs to be off of him. There's no reason he should have won it anyway. I know they wanna get more desperation attention with Ninja Turtles, but please, Sheamus stinks

Like I've said before, I think the pairing of Sheamus and Barrett is good. There's just zero reason to have the MITB with Sheamus. Have him try to cash in and lose and call it a day...

I don't see him winning his cash in. if he even cashes in. they've yet to have the person who won the case run out of time before they got a chance to cash it in. like before the year is up.

the list of people he can lose it to isn't really too long.
Ambrose would work best strictly for the potential of bringing the shield triple threat to reality. imagine Ambrose and reigns friendship to remain, but once Ambrose wins the briefcase jealousy comes between the two. having reigns win the rumble would make for a really good program with the 3 shield members building towards mania.
