Kay Lee Ray is the first woman I have ever seen do an UnAssisted Springboard move. Usually females jump on the bottom rope FIRST before they are able to Springboard. Like this

Noooooooo, I was saying the new girl on NXT is the only girl that I have seen perform a springboard WITHOUT using the bottom rope. The example I showed was the typical way girls do that move. My fault for the confusion Brother Case
