Wrestling Thread Oct 19 - Nov 8 | Nov 5: Seth Rollins Tears ACL/MCL, Stripped of WWE Title

Yes hitting Powerball is obviously my preferred life destination ...

And 7 days at 12 hours in no way sounds easy ... Nothing about that sounds easy, fun, or fulfilling ...
haha me and my bro opened this place. and we were off the wall insane busy. gourmet burgers hand cut fries milkshakes deep fried oreos all the **** you wanna eat when ur stoned.. We basically smoked with 5 friends and came up with the menu. But the work wasn't worth the money.. we didn't have time to spend it haha..

I love Breeze and his jawline but that gimmick just does not translate well to this bigger audience.

Anyone have any good wrestling books to recommend? read death of wcw.. just got done Titan Sinking.. read all of micks and jerichos and also brets.. and also read masked mans book about all the junkies

Bob Holly's book is pretty solid..Eric "4w" Bischoff's book is a decent read too..Ric Flair "To Be The Man" is good..Bret's book is probably the most in-depth book out there..Foley and Jericho's books are the funnest to read though..The Rock & China's books are both nice/quick/easy books..DDP & Batista's books are both worth skipping..Harley Race's book is OK, but could have been longer and more detailed..Both of Hulk Hogan's books are ok, but he definitely has a more positive outlook on himself than what most people have said about him..Jerry Lawler's bio is for sure worth reading..Sting's book is probably only good for a diehard fan..Road Warrior Animal's book is a fun read..Also 10 lbs Of Gold is a great book about the history of the NWA Domed Globe World title belt..

I still need to read:
Jericho-The Best In The World
Regal-Walking a Golden Mile
Booker T-From Prison To Promise
Big Gold: A Close Look At Pro Wrestling's Most Celebrated Championship Belt
Arn Anderson-4-Ever
Dynamit Kid-Pure Dynamite
Mick Foley-The Hardcore Diaries
Daniel Bryan-Yes
Lex Luger-Wrestlig With The Devil
good look my brother.. Bios are fun to read, but then when you have to sit there and decide how much of it is true and what are lies.. Like i can guarantee Hogan lies about everything he wrote haha or told stories in his own words.. Brets book was my favorite to read. Read the whole thing in 2 days. That Titan Sinking was a good read. About WWF in 1995 and how they almost went down, but a lot of it was basically detailing stuff that any die hard wrestling fan would know. But it was a fun book to waste time on. Also i have Capitol Evolution, which is about Vince Sr and how he became a powerhouse territory.

what happened to the podcast twenty-two

Been tryna find a day where u me and DFly can hop on. I'm only free on Thursday-Friday unless y'all wanna do a late Tuesday or Wednesday show? Cause I think that's when DFly is free

yea i agree. I forget where i read it at, but i read that the reason he was given the briefcase was because vince heard the crowd booing sheamus and chanting 'you look stupid' and mistook that for him having heel heat. When in reality he does look stupid and everyone hates his guts and it was 'x pac heat' .. and now he is most likely bored with him..
