Need Legit Check on some GAMMA'S

Thanks asked for a picture of the tag, I was suspect glad I asked, anyone else want to confirm ?
 
Can I get an explication as to why they are fake the 23 is off I would assume. What is the give away.

clemente821 clemente821 your pair looks fake. I always thought the ball of the jumpman should be in the middle of the 23 on the heel. the left shoe it is way higher. the 23 looks a little more compressed than it should, hard to tell 100% though. the box looks legit from what I can see and the paper looks like a standard confirmation email receipt just printed out.
 
@clemente821 The tag pic needs a better shot could just be the angle of the pic tell him to give you s better shot of the 23. Box looks good these "receipt is just the order confirmation that fool locker.com provides as receipts and I noticed it has a sku? That sku should match the box but it's not visible on the top left comer. If the box doesn't have that sticker the confirmation is useless. Plus the sticker should have a store abbreviation footlocker is FTL FootAction is FTA Champs is CHS? The cut on the patent lets they looks good but you need a better shot of the 23 to be sure. The other 2 pairs have a couple flaws in the heel tab

This is the used pair, not sure because it is wore pair and caused that.
