Don't know why they have Towns on the US team but Dwight Powell on the World team. Would have been nice to see Towns/Zinger vs Noel/Okafor.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in here but JJ redick will have a weekly appearance on Woj's Vertical podcast. The first one is up on itunes. JJ said Dwight came into the lockerroom in 2011 and told the team he was being traded to Brooklyn. The trade mever went through and that'swjy he wanted out of Olrando so badly

Idk, man. JJ is kind of an a-hole. I have a feeling we'll learn some stuff from him that we haven't heard from anybody else. And I wouldn't be shocked if he called Blake out. He's the only player on the team that would.
JJ said Deight literally changed his mind about leaving Orlando on the ride home from Orlando because he was having so much fun with his teammates

KAT should def be on the world team. He from Jersey but he played for Dominican Republic in the Olympics.. He can play world for an all star scrimmage.

Y'all know towns was born and raised in New Jersey. Both his parents were as well. His mother just happens to be a Dominican American. That's like saying Tony Parker should've played for the US national team or something.
Towns playing for the DR at 16 was just so he could get Olympic experience, and Coach Cal could get an inside track with recruiting him....while also having a chance to coach in the olympics.
Would love to see Randle in the game for the comedy though
