id take the 5th row if i had to choose a row for 5

If anything I'd take the 2nd row. Cousins, Curry, DeRozan and Durant, you straight wildin fam

Yeah row 2 is the logical choice if picking any row. 1st row runner up just because of the depth of position.

Wall did not even sniff the playoffs until year 4.

In Kyrie's 4th year his team had LeBron James on it.

Apples to oranges.

Cool. That has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that wall is the reason for the wizards success. It's not even really a debate. Wall came in and that team eventually became a playoff team. Irving came in and that team was a mess until Bron arrived. You can sit and cherry pick seasons as if that means ANYTHING but to say you can't definitively say wall changed his franchise is an absolute lie. Also since you brought up that third season maybe you forgot the wiz won a grand total of 5 games without wall and were a .500 team with him bolstered by a top 10 defense with him in the lineup so...using those three seasons doesn't really prove much

He had more cracks at it than Kyrie. That's the point that you keep glossing over for some reason. That is why it's an apples to oranges comparison.

Year 3, wall was hurt for the first half of the season. Brad Beal looked like trash. The Wizards started out like 2-19. John Wall returns in January....the Wizards play .500...he gets the extension. They make the playoffs the following year...rest is history. It's not really, "apples to oranges". There are comparable facts that can be taken from there.

I hate the saying apples to oranges. Apples to oranges isn't even a bad comparison.

It's not like you're equating them, THAT'S bad, but comparing apples to oranges is fine.

You accidentally miss the rest of my post or nah?
This?

This again ignores the context. If a superstar came to the Wizards after Wall's 4th season, then his narrative is the same as Kyrie's. It's an apples to oranges comparison. Period.

Part of changing a franchise is staying on the court man.
