Woj doesn't know anything about certain situations, but he knows when a franchise is dysfunctional (he curbstomped Kahn; scathing piece after scathing piece ... I haven't seen any of those about the Kings). And that franchise has been twice as dysfunctional.

Gus Johnson and the Bucks at 4 and Peaches at 3, I can dig it

tbh the last two season is the most League Pass basketball I've watched in my life... and getting a taste of pretty much all the local broadcast crews, I've come to really appreciate the job that Napear and Jerry do.

People laugh at me when i say I like those two. I don't get it. I think they find an appropriate balance of homerism and criticism.

I really think I let NT influence me with the all-things-Kings-slander and had me clouded in my judgement of Grant and Jerry.

when things are on the up and up they turn the homer switch on, when things are in the dumps they turn the flame thrower on and put the team on blast

half the **** Jerry says, he knows sounds ridiculous and thats what makes it funny

Grant really does do a pretty great job overall.

In his only year at Ohio State - the basis for the Lakers taking him second overall, right after one HOF and then two spots before another HOF - he wrapped up the year by shooting 34% from three in the final two months of the season (13 gms)... his team was a No. 7 seed in the NCAA tournament. Oh, he played no defense, have I said that?

Yeah

I've been saying this [squints]FOOOOOOOREEEEEEEVERRRRRR[/squints].

Yeah but while Lebron is still very good, his lack of shooting will be their downfall in the east.
It's like KD said in a recent interview, playing can get boring man.

Lebron will make those Jump Shots when it matters, he will.

sidenote: Westbrook shooting like 24% from 3pt right now. He that bad? Nah, just bored man

that theory has already been proven false. maybe in 2012

No it hasn't. Only thing proven is GSW can beat hobbled and broke down teams in every single round of the playoffs.

If he missed they didn't matter.

And ......I can't wait until OKC wins so you can jump on the OKC bandwagon.

I wish Spurs would win so you have to cheer for them as well.

I hope one year soon the Utah Jazz wins so you can convince people you "love the style they play with" and have to rock Utah gear.

I hope all the worst most boring franchises win so you don't have a cool team to cheer for, except the Pistons

Breen/Clyde are the best. the PA guy at MSG is awesome too

i dont want CBB so i knew nothing of him before this season but these things are all true in the NBA

Let me say that I think D'Angelo will be able to score consistently AT SOME POINT... I have doubts about whether he'll ever be a consistent shooter, but at some point he'll be a consistent scorer. And people will love him, and he won't change the landscape of any team whose fans love him because he doesn't play defense. He really needs to add muscle, maybe that'll help.

I'll say 80% of the perceived comes from Woj's opinion pieces which are rooted deep inside Pete D'alsesandro (while he was working for the Kings/on his way out the door/continued months after he got fired).

And when Woj writes a piece, other writers have to follow. He controls the narrative.

Just get rid of refs and umpires and have a bunch of people in the room determining calls based on replay. Televise it (not that anyone would watch it after one week of it being televised, but it needs to at least be available online for free so people can source it), give out scorecards of these people's performances after the season.

so something that tells you something you would know from watching the game?
Hence, the dumb part. But, come on, fancy lights!
wondering if the technology is that it senses when a player is behind the line, if its just a guy watching and pressing a button to make it light up then its the exact same tech that they have been using for decades to tell football fans where the line of scrimmage is

Lakers

This is what happens when you draft a guy solely because of Magic Johnson saying he's a superstar with no evidence to support his claims

Morons deserve this

No offense, but how out must the Lakers be - how discouraged are they by him - that this could come out 6-7 months after he was drafted second? Even if Darko looked like a bum for 6-7 months in extended PT the Pistons wouldn't have shipped him off to some team (not that I'm comparing their futures, but just pointing out how gloom-and-doom this would appear if the rumor has any truth to it).
