ESPN Radio talking about Curry should definitely win MVP again, but also (far fetched) in discussion for Most Improved.

Thoughts? I'm not an avid NBA follower by any means, so I'm curious what you all think. Ridiculous or is there a case?

Curry should get MVP no doubt

Most improved should go to either Will Barton, Kent Bazemore, or maybe CJ McCollum

ESPN stay trolling for relevancy. First it was LeBron should be Finals MVP now it's Curry should be MIP. Hate this ******* network. MIP should be McCollum.

There might be a case for Curry. I don't think there was a single soul who expected Curry to be this good this yr, even though he did win mvp last yr.

His dominant play have been downright silly.

Curry did get a lot better during the off-season, he drives in more, handles improved, defense is top notch, he has more moves off the dribble, he developed a nice midrange floater....

I don't see a problem with that. Only player in the NBA that I saw who when they first touched the ball I thought, wow, he put in work during the summer.

There is a case, but he won't win it. Would be completely unprecedented since it is not something new for already great players to get better between season. Magic and Jordan had years that was the case and neither ever was considered for MIP. Curry will get his MVP again and that'll be it. Of anyone on that team, I think Draymond actually has a better argument for MIP.

Stein:

I didn't believe that baseless D'Angelo Russell trade tweet from yesterday, but this post by Stein definitely puts it to rest.

Geltzeiler probably came up with that tweet using what I imagine to be the "Broussard Method." Was probably talking his barber, maybe a bartender, and said "hey, did you hear that D'Angelo Russell and Byron Scott are having issues? Think the Lakers could trade him"" Person responds, "I don't know. Maybe." Boom, rumor from an NBA "source."

Lakers guard D'Angelo Russell is reportedly being made available in trade talks. Woah. (via @hoopscritic)

WOW
Doesn't make sense for the lakers to trade him. Give him couple more years this dude gonna b an all star...

Watching highlights from last night's game. Derrick had a behind the back pass.

I honestly don't remember him ever attempting one before.

my mom said that since she's been watching the warriors, she's noticed more behind the back passes in the L than she ever had before.
