OKC doesn't have good coaching anyways. He showed promise, but Billy D isn't better than Scott Brooks. And the aversion to young players oft in favor of over the hell vets, seems to be an organizational thing (probably forced down from Presti) as Cam Payne who initially unseated DJ Augustine and made him expendable, is now glued to the bench in favor of Randy Foye :x who was playing even worse than Augustin
 
Man I'm just waiting to hear Kevin Martin signed with the Spurs, get this W aginst Pistons and go along my night.

yall gotta stop blaming coaching already and realize its not the coaching. coaching only matters so much. its ridiculous to hear every year people complain about coaching when its really not as significant as its made out to be.  every coach that goes to okc is going to be bad. its the makeup/ dna of the team. thats who and what okc is. its not the coaching

Do you honestly think okc would be playing iso ball with a coach like phil or pop or even kerr?

yes i do . it was blamed on scott brooks . now its scott donovans fault. i dont buy it at all. at some point the coaching has to stopped being blamed and it has to be put on the players.... 

thats what westbrook and durant know.

i believe in player dna/team dna. certain players match certain systems not all players can play in pop like systems.. i dont think harden could play in a system like the spurs.

Towns was dominating out there when he was in.


Not sure the Wizards knew what they were in for. Even game now, but Minnesota has improved considerably (offensively) since giving the kids all the PT.
 
I fully expected that full court shot to go in.. seems to happen once a game

I liked the idea of Payne. I really did, but damn...The guy is a bonehead. He's the headliner of why Minnesota's second unit is so inept.
 
Detroit has a really interesting mix of talent out there. They also probably have the largest starting lineup in the NBA with the Morris/Harris/Drummond front court.



Gonna be interesting next year with that core moving forward. If only they could've gotten Markieff at the deadline. :smokin

We tried I heard. Phoenix wanted too much. But I think if we make playoffs this year we can push someone to 6 games. We play hard out there. Need Stanley Johnson back asap though.

Yes they do. don't tell me you've never heard of Bernie Madoff. There are others, like Bernie Ebbers. Plenty of rich people are serving what amount to life sentences for various white collar crimes.
