A day after LeBron James went down the Cleveland Cavaliers roster pointing out the limited playoff experience of each and every player — outside of him of course — the superstar took to social media on Tuesday to post cryptic tweets about making a “mistake” and how to live with it.

It's ok to know you've made a mistake. Cause we all do at times. Just be ready to live with whatever that comes with it and be with.....

It’s of course unclear the intended target or targets of the tweets, whether it be James himself, one of his teammates or someone else entirely.

But given the timing of the tweets, is it possible that James is lambasting himself for making the following pointed comments about his teammates in such a public manner?

“We got a lot of guys that haven’t played meaningful basketball in their career,” James said Monday. “And it sucks, but you look at our guys that mean much to our team … these guys haven’t played a lot of meaningful basketball games and (haven’t had) a lot of games to learn and experience, so every game for us is experience.

“It’s no knock on them,” he continued. “It’s just the situation that they were in. So our learning is every single game where we got to learn every single game how to win games, how to play certain situations that they haven’t seen and that’s just the reality of it.”

But perhaps the most likely meaning behind the tweets is related to how James questioned the Cavaliers' mental toughness last week, during which he bemoaned "mental mistake after mental mistake."

On the other hand, James has never been hesitant to point out his Cavs teammates' lack of experience.

Therefore, it’s entirely possible that the tweets may have been intended for one or more of his teammates, especially in light of how the team was scuttling along while losing three of four games before Monday’s win over the Indiana Pacers, outings in which Kyrie Irving in particular struggled.

After all, James last year appeared to call out Kevin Love on Twitter after his new teammate used both "fit-in" and "fit-out" previously to explain how he was trying to find his role on the Cavaliers.

Stop trying to find a way to FIT-OUT and just FIT-IN. Be apart of something special! Just my thoughts

James first denied the tweet was intended for anyone on the Cavaliers but later admitted the tweet was meant for Love. What that probably means is that no one will ever know — besides James of course — the actual meaning behind Tuesday’s cryptic tweets.

Either way, James already has stated he expects to be blamed for anything and everything involving the Cavaliers anyway.

First off  at this thread.

Literally this entire season, anytime i click on this thread, it's something posted about Lebron. I randomly check this thread throughout the day and everytime i click on it, it's another topic of Bron. Y'all dudes really be on a mission.

Anyway, since this is pretty much all y'all talk about in here, i'll just comment on that tweet about fitting in and fitting out. From the recent "stories" or "rumors" about Irving, it almost sounds like that's who he's talking about.

Warriors should sign Durant just so they don't have to guard him. He's the only player in the league they don't have an answer for.

who takes the last shot to win the game for gs if kd goes there?

That would be the scary thing. Steph, KD OR Klay could literally get that last shot.

Like Facts, i think that this would work. I initially didn't like the idea of breaking up the squad and the chemistry these guys have. They're on the road to making HISTORY and i'm pretty sure they won't be able to do that with KD.

HOWEVER, i feel that Iggy and Bogut are on their last legs, Festus' status is a bit in the air seeing as we don't know how he'll return after the knee issue and Barnes pretty much looks like he's never gonna be a "great" player.

WIth all that said, if we're able to sign KD to say a five year deal...i'd take that in a heartbeat! For the next five years, you'd have Steph, Klay, Dray and KD? I'm pretty sure they'll find ways to build around that.

An all star team almost never works

A championship team needs depth and role players. You get KD and you sacrifice both.

Barnes is a problem it seems. But if they can negotiate him down to 70 I think that's a win win for both sides. Given how much the salary cap is gunna boom.

I really don't understand what's so hard about grasping the idea that they can co-exist.

Y'all just look at the surface and say "KD = needs to score 30...Steph = needs to score 30, klay needs to score 30" and you can't even fathom the possibility of ignoring numbers based upon THEIR CURRENT situations and simply look at it from an X's and O's point of view.

OKC needs to utilize the bigs more in the 4th qrt and stop worrying about the damn ISOs. Im sure KD/Westbrook can get it done time to time in close games but cmon its enough with this ******** already. They try to hard honestly

Yeah, I don't really get why people feel KD can't play off the ball. All these dudes are unselfish and you mix that in with an already unselfish team, i can see it working. Only thing i'd be worried about is depth but with the new management and ownership, i'm 100% they can find pieces around these guys. If this was the Cohan era though...then :smh:

i agree with that. Adams seems to always have a positive impact on the floor but he sits in the 4th.

and how can you play waiters, roberson and singler so many minutes?? what happ to morrow and payne?

Coexisting and thriving together are too different things

I'm sure GS would be able to figure things out on the offensive end with KD

But what does KD add to the team besides scoring? And then by signing him you lose two guys in Iggy and Barnes, who give you depth, role players and defense

It's not like GS really needs his scoring. They're kinda already unstoppable on that end without him lol.

GS really don't need scoring. They need balance.

Not many teams have an answer for a 7' guard

I'd love to see Durant in a real offense, not some 'your turn, my turn' nonsense

IMO KD would works with GS because they share the ball like no other. It's not correct to compare them to a harden KD and Russ team because they are all dominant ball handlers. Curry would be choice 1A to shoot, KD would automatically be 1B, as klay and dray don't command the ball as scorers. Stats would take a hit for all however I think Kerr and the team could make the unselfish teamwork work

IMO it would be a massive waste of his individual talents if KD went to GS to be a #2/jump shooter

Why do you guys only think about offense? There's the defensive side of the ball too. A perfect player for GS to sign if Barnes had to leave would be someone like Jimmy Butler, not KD.

Too bad Jimmy is pretty much locked up.

Too many guys in here thinking about scoring. Gs don't need KD's scoring. They need balance and depth.

this isnt the olympics . it doesnt work like that. the teams with the most talent dont always win chips. okc for instance has 2 of the 5 best players in the L and they still aint winning ish.

Kevin Durant isn't James Harden. He's not ball dominant. KD is one of the top 3 players in the League. You plug him in ANYWHERE, and it's a success.

The thing about KD that people seem to forget is that he's not a ball dominant player. He can get his at anytime without dominating the ball.

GSW offense is actually perfect for KD. KD from a few years ago was one for the most assisted players in the L. He can score off of pin downs, curls, fast break...etc.

A 1/3 P&R with Steph & KD.....and Klay on the weak side with Dray as an outlet is an absolute nightmare :x. Pick your poison. Not to even mention the potential "death lineup".

Honestly, it wouldn't be fair if KD went to the Warriors. I'm hoping it doesn't happen...but if it does....we can only pray.

Who says Iggy would have to go?

They'd have to give up some combination of Barnes, Bogut, Livingston, and Iggy. Not all of them.

Theoretically, they could let Barnes walk, move Bogut or decline Livingston's option...and be able to keep Iggy and still sign Kd

And team defense > individual defense. KD wouldn't be some liability on defense for golden state. Stop it

I don't even get how what Lebron said about his teammates having little playoff experience is even a big deal. Is he wrong? Jesus man this dude can't say anything without it getting taken the wrong way.

KD can work on literally any team.

even if you disagree with that statement.... as it pertains to GSW: He has a very wide skillset. Dudes running off with the chemistry topic are trying too hard. We understand the concept, its not that hard to conceptualize.

but specific to KD, he can fit in. He has quite a bit to offer, and has shown the ability to change his game/role in order to continue to win.

and I mean, he's currently eating with RWB on his side. a guy that IS NOT sacrificing any part of his game. He'll adjust as needed

When you inching towards 30 and been in the L for a decade and have won already racked up scoring titles and individual awards, a chip is the only goal...not individual talents

KD takes a high volume of shots, but he is far from selfish. In fact often times he is unselfish to a fault, that's where all that beta stuff comes from. He can do everything well, even defend whe he wants to. He doesn't like having to force shots and wouldn't on this team.

Heck I might even start him at the 5 full time.

He won't just up and leave OKC dry, Presti never lets that happen with any fas, even if all he gets back is a toe which he lets expire.
