As good as GS and Spurs are playing right now I would be concerned if I were a fan of either that they're peaking too early. Although it's never a bad thing to play good basketball, I've seen too many times where teams come out the gate killing but eventually fizzle out during the season and struggle to retain that rhythm again. It's almost always those teams that are more even keeled and peak at the right time that make deep playoff runs. Wouldn't be too high if I were GS or Spurs, and wouldn't be too low if I were the other contenders struggling atm.

I would only get too low when Byron Scott is your head coach.

gs was the best team all year last year though. you thinking of the hawks and the pacers type teams. id say gs and sas are safe bets to get to the wcf.... i called gs and sas as the best teams in the west out the gate and thats looking right.

never believed in okc at all....

Besides Pacers and Hawks recently, also the Blazers and Kings of the late 90's/early00's. Definitely interested to see how long GS can keep this run up. Hope they can stay healthy.

apparently the Wolves almost picked Giannis instead of Shabazz

Udrih is better then Chalmers for our offense.

Really? I always thought Beno was a very poor man's version of Dragic. Ya'll really need 2 of the same PG's running each unit? He doesn't shoot 3's and he doesn't distribute the ball well. He got the midrange game down pat though.

Memphis is finally starting to look like a playoff team at least  .

Chalmers TS% through 3 games is 80% with a 39.8 PER  He average 18.7ppg in 20mpg on 52/58/92

He's been alright. Been slow on the defensive end tho I expect him to improve as he gets into better shape

OK. Think it's a pretty good sign that y'all are 6-3 without him having played very well. If he gets going, team is just going to get stronger.

KD going to be the next b roy / yao :smh:

Broy man... He was quickly becoming my favourite player to watch. He was something special.

Yao could have had at least on MVP and championship is he stayed healthy.

Why you gotta bring up sad memories :frown:

lawdog1 lawdog1 @WavyCrocket

Would either of you care to wager that dlo will be averaging more points, better percentages (fg, 3p, ft) and less tos than mudiay by season's end? If any one of those 5 categories is off, you win..

Whoa, random for JJ to get a half sleeve during the season

doesn't take long to heal or anything but the process of getting work done of that detail takes several hours and probably spanned over several days or weeks
