It isn't that simple man. You're sitting at home on the couch saying this. Roberson did the right thing.

The RIGHT THING?

Come on you think running away from STEPH CURRY and letting him walk into a shot is THE RIGHT THING?

Come on yo.

The kid pulled up from 32+ feet man! I understand Curry is 11-22 from that distance, but it's the heat of the moment with time winding down and Curry is just past half court practically. It was good defense regardless.

People just want someone to blame for curry hitting a 40 footer and Roberson is getting that unwarranted blame it's ********

. Like clockwork

You have a valid point but it's totally subjective. Like saying a honda is better than a Lambo because it gets better gas mileage.

Aight

Not that Andre would've stopped steph but it was just not smart to leave him that wide open. Like playing up on lebron and giving him the lane or contesting a shot from dion waiters. Lack of awareness

He literally was running away though, that is not good defense.

Andre is actually a homie of mine, and instincts take over so I completely understand why you would want to get back and pick him up at the 3 point line.

But ANY player, let alone steph curry, should be made to change directions a bit when the clock is that low. Also, as a team they all should have sprinted back to get in position to help just in case curry tried something off the dribble.

Tough conundrum though, I'll give you that.

And like DC said, I tap out of this one. Been at it since last night lol

Smart move on GS part by trapping Durant instead of fouling....That play call alone tells you they fear nothing and no one.....I think GS will dominate the reg season against Spurs...but SA will ultimately have their number come playoffs....

Yeah Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf game looks similar to Curry's

except for the whole ball going in the basket thing. :smh:

Abdul rauf, motumbo and mcdyss on the sa,e team?! That would have been fun to watch.

Also funny and cool to see how this game brought out so many lurkers. I didn't recognize half the dudes in the thread last nite .

Guys, kick up your feet and stay for a while. This is the best thing going on nt :pimp:

Hold up,WHO did Phil just compare Steph too on Twitter?
Chris Jackson.Which is the best comparison to Steph in terms of a player from the past.

Makes perfect sense and is a good reference point.

He wasn't doing THIS but if you had to write a police report on their games, it would basically be identical.

That whole National Anthem/American flag thing really hindered his career :smh:

Lol dc miss me with all that loser talk. Yes u blame ur maxed superstar. I dont care what he does in the first 46 mins but if he chokes and loses the game thru his mistakes then the good he did means nothing.
Truth

I'm assuming you're talking about Westbrook?

I agree with some of the points here regarding the coaching more than anything.

1. Coach should have called a timeout when durant was double teamed just by the wrong baseline.
2. That last play in regulation drawn up for coach after a time out was awful. An elementary school coach could have done a better job.
3. This one is a pro: I love e the coach mg decision for playing durant and Westbrook less together and allowed care their times so that either or are on the court. The clearly don't need each other to reach their potential and doing that makes the team as a whole better. Case in point is that old played the warriors Es much better this time than the previous time.

Reporting anyone comparing Steph Curry to Chris Jackson. Blatant trolling will not be allowed in this thread.

When a player takes 25 plus shots and shoots below 35% raw fg%, their team loses 70% of time this season. Game goes down as one of Russ' worst big volume shooting nights of his career. 10-29. He has 10 career games that meet these criteria.

Curry, just 1.

All-time leaders are Iverson and Bryant, by a lot. http://bkref.com/tiny/26TIp  Westbrook tied for 11th most in last 32 years. Probably head for top 3-4.
Who said Chris Jackson was on this level? Not a single soul.

In terms of play style, they are identical.

In terms of efficiency and volume, they are not. That is what makes Steph Steph

Bruh, nobody has to be Right or Wrong on whether pressing Curry should have been the move.

Are one of you waiting on the other side to change their mind and agree before you let this go.

How many times can you make the same Damn argument. Shut up already!
