Dunno how much it's been praised but while Steph got all the attention for that OKC game Klay Thompson did not miss a shot he took from the end of the 4th in to OT :pimp:

Low key kept them in it effortlessly. Steph was just out of his mind as usual.
He is no ones man.

Same with the Miami game. Steph got all the credit for hitting those two late threes, except Klay scored 17 points in the fourth and had 15 in a row (or something like that). He single handedly kept them in it.

Important addendum to the stat we shared earlier about LeBron James' 5-for-47 shooting (10.6 percent) over the last 10 seasons on potential game-tying or go-ahead shot attempts in the final five seconds of regulation or overtime: The league average in that same 10-season span is 22.6 percent.Marc Stein Espn

YIKES!

The Jabari Parker era is about to be upon us.

He's been freed...I hope. (Can't trust J Kidd as a coach

They don't know man. We can't tell them nothin......All they will say is "but he palyed 40 minutes"

Yea, he did and does because Kidd goofed, but those minutes he shared the court with 3 other guys 2 of which  are HEAVIER shooters, and play 40+ too

im not really talking about steph.

I heard the Bill SImmons podcast and kirk goldsburry crystallized.

Power forwards are dying, we are getting rid of guys who have a bunch of other skills other than shooting.

Its lame to me that all the offenses are becoming homogenized, and that Demarre Carrol or Jae Crowder are better options than dudes who have more interesting diverse set of skills. Just because they can shoot 3's.

I agree about it being lame with every team trying to be analytically correct. But I don't see it getting to a point where a guy like Ben Simmons is a liability. You're making too much of it. Talking like its the zombie apocalypse or something.

I mean you look at a guy like lebron and he is basically the epitome of this unplayable player you describe yet he is still one of the best players in the league on one of the best teams. Dwayne wade doesn't take or make 3s at a high rate and he's still effective. Everything will be ok. Don't let the blogs and podcasts rot your brains

Lol, last yr in the finals Draymond was shooting really bad from 3 but he was a big part of why the warriors won

Over and over again he made the right plays when Curry got trapped.

Against Okc the other night Draymond wasn't scoring at all but he played a lot and he helped a lot

You're talking nonsense right now

Lawdog1 has it right. If the warriors was just made up of spot up shooters they wouldn't be as good

they put david freaking lee in because Raymond wasn't making shots.

If you think everything would be the same if Daymond was not a credible 3 point shooter you're crazy. The offense works so well ebcuase you have to gaurd draymond at the 3 point line if you trap curry.

Not because of Draymond man. The first half of the series the Cavs looked pretty comfortable and the Dubs were just trying to give the Cavs different looks. Bogut was a big part of that rotation and that wasn't working out and so they used Lee to give them a different look. Then they just decided to take Bogut out of the rotation altogether and just go super super small for the rest of the series and the rest was history. And guess what? Draymond was a big part of that small ball line up, shooting horribly from 3 and all.

It's funny that you're placing so much emphasis on the 3 point shot. I remember when Draymond just decided to stop taking the open 3 - cuz he wasn't making it - and decided to just make plays for other people instead. That's part of how the Dubs started playing better that series.

Warriors would've been a 50 (if that) win team if they would've traded Klay for Kevin Love

Imagen them committing to Kevin Love and letting Draymond walk :x

I'm telling you bro. They don't get it.

I done seen him been referred to as a bust all over the Internet :smh:.

31 points tonight. All Star break sparked something in him, and Kidd must've got the message from upper management. Because there is no reason to put shackles on a talent like this.
